3. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service includes a set number of revisions based on the package.
• Additional revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.

4. SEO, Marketing & Performance

SEO and marketing results vary depending on competition, industry, and many external factors.
Swiftwave Digital does not guarantee ranking positions, but ensures best-practice strategies.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients receive full rights to final approved designs or website assets upon final payment.
Swiftwave Digital retains rights to unapproved drafts and internal files.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. Work completed until termination must be paid in full.

8. Updates to Terms

Swiftwave Digital may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
